Question:
Are there any support groups in the Denver Metro area, Colorado

There is a couple of support groups organized by a woman named Kelly Elliot. She also does the nutrition classes for bypass patients as well. She works out of several Denver hospitals I think. You will have to give her a call to find out specifics. Her number is 303-770-1222 ext. 2 I think there is another support group organized by Dr. Snyders surgeons office. I don't know much more than that though. I imagine there are more than that out there if you do some digging but that will give you a starting point anyway. Good luck.

There are support groups the first and second Friday's of every month at Littleton hospital. The first one is primarily patients of Dr. Tillquist. The second is one of Kelly Elliot's. She charges for hers $10/each or $70 for 10, but I think it's worth it to hear her expertise on so many concerns each month. She also has one that meets at St. Joe.
