Question:
Anyone know how many calories and fat grams in chocolate?

I bought some candy today at a candy store. It is sugar free chocolate and huckleberry truffles. Anyone know how many calories and fat grams in one ounce of it? I only had 1/2 ounce, but I'd like to know what's in it.    — pjnick (posted on November 16, 2002)

If the nutritional info isn't on the label, it's hard to say. Different manufacturers have different recipes for chocolate, and they involve different types and amounts of fat. If you enjoyed it, it didn't make you sick and you only have it once in a while, I'd say don't worry about it.

Bear in mind that sugar-free candy is still just that, candy! It has all the fat of regular chocolate and has a ton of carbs and calories (most have about 120 calories for 2 or 3 pieces!). It's a better choice than regular sugary chocolates, but not by much.
