Question:
What subs for cottage cheese?

I really want to try the cottage cheese test. The problem is I hate cottage cheese...I can't stomach the stuff....never could. Is there any food that could substitute??????    — margaret N. (posted on October 29, 2001)

I FOR ONE LOVE COTTAGE CHEESE, I DONT HAVE A SUB FOR IT. TRY MIXING PINAPPLE WITH IT TASTE LIKE CHEESE CAKE.

How about ricotta cheese - I could not tolerate many cheeses after surgery - but I could ricotta and it is pretty similar to the cottage cheese so it might work. Good Luck!

Karan, thanks for the suggestion! I can do that, but hell would freeze over before I'd eat cottage cheese... :) Now I've got to find the info on how to take the test. I know I saw it somewhere.....
