Question:
I am rarely hungary. When I do get hungary, I eat my 2oz or so and if its early

morning that seems to hold me all day. My question is, do I eat even though I'm not hungary or force myself to eat at the appropriate times? Also I know I'm not gettting enough protein, Ive tried everything,even the "non taste" powders..... YUCK!! Any suggestions? thanks!    — SusieBella (posted on September 23, 2001)

What are you eating? How are you spacing your drinking, protein supps, solid foods out?

There are times where I drink when I'm not hungry (I don't usually eat when not hungry -- only drink). That's when I notice that it's time for a protein shake or some water. In that case, I drink it anyway (slowly). Sometimes I can just imagine that the liquid is "washing out" any residual food left in my new stomach. Usually I get hungry for food about 1-2 hours later. I feel the exact same way. I know I'm not getting enough protein but I just can't get enough mass into my body to come close to the amount of protein that I'm supposed to have.
