Question:
Why is it so hard to get into the chat room consistently?

I've tried on numerous occasions and have only been successful twice. I have read Q&A from others who have had similar problems. It does not appear to be on my end since I have been successful two times in between failures. Help!    — [Anonymous] (posted on May 9, 2001)
