Help, I've been denied

I have Group Administrators and I have been denied. If you can help with example appeal letters, PLEASE send them to me. Also, does anyone know set procedure for appealing a claim? Please help!!!    — Rhonda R. (posted on March 5, 2001)

Hi, Have you asked your doctor's office to have the insurance department help you with an appeal letter? Most of them are more then willing to assist their patients with the approval process. If you have been denied on appeal, then I would suggest you contact Walter Lindstrom in California. He does assist for a very nominal legal fee. Hope this helps.
