Has anyone been approved by One Health Plan?

Hi there - I work for Great West Life/One Health Plan - the first thing you need to do is make sure that your employer has not chose to specifically exclude obesity surgery from the plan they chose - if they have not excluded it - then it will can be covered after certain information is submitted and reviewd for medical necessity - if you would like you can e mail me and I can tell you what those specific guidelines are - I am in the process of submitting all my info up to be approved so I can get a surgery date set as well - [email protected]
