Question:
this is what my exclusion states -please help!!!

Will my insurance pay with an exclusion like this, it reads (exactly) CHARGES FOR ANY TREATMENT OF OBESITY OR CHARGES RELATED TO WEIGHT LOSS CONTROL, EVEN FOR MORBID OBESITY. This is how mine read and I was approved in 6 working days. OBESITY: Care and treatment of obesity, weightloss or dietary control whether or not it is, in any case, a part of the treatment plan for another sickness. Medically Necessary charges for Morbid Obesity will be covered. I'm not sure but it sounds like you left something out your best bet would be to call your in. co and have them explain it to you.
