This "new bill" that people are talking about....can anyone
tell me what it is all about and if it does affect people in
Ohio? I assume that it has something to do w/ the rights of
obese people, yet I am not sure.

Dear Kathy,
The bill they are talking about is the 0212, In Indiana, and was adapted
in Feburary and from my understanding is now effective in July of this
year. It doesnt effect Ohio, but I Am also in Ohio, and would encourage you
as I do others to PLEASE contact your local, and non local public
officials, especially your reps, and plead, beg, and DEMAND that such a
bill be passed in Ohio also. I Also have been watching the post about what
they call INDEPENDCE day which is suppose to take place in July also (If I
understand it correctly) that is where we are banding togeather, to send
letters to congress, and public officials to get some attention and tell
them that the Morbidly obese people of this nation will No longer stand for
the discrimination we have suffered under for so long. Medicial treatment
for this should not be denied. Anyway, If you have any questions please
feel free to contact me directly or post..Good Luck, My prayers are with
you. But please Stay Active, and Let them hear your voice...:o)
