Question:
Beside lots of water what can help prevent kidney stones?
I just had my 3 month blood work and everything is great except for my urine I didn't totaly understand but the Doctor said nothing to be alarmed about just try to stay away from vitamin c and get more water... he said my test came out in the catagory of getting the stones how can I not worry and is there anything else I can do I try to get in enough water but obviously I'm not... any info would be great. — Ann F. I am pre-op so I don't know how well you could tollerate juices, but I have
always been told that a serving of cranberry juice per day is good for the
urinary tract. Prevents infections and kidney stones...could be an old
wive's tale, so you may want to ask your doctor or do some research. Good
luck!
