This chart on beef..along with one for chicken & turkey, pork, and
produce (eggs & Cheese) will be added to my webpage today.. It shows
the protein content of all meats.. It has all the meat groups to
search as well as produce. example it shows.. Turkey protein content with
or without skin roasted, baked, fried etc.. This is a handy tool for all
of us..

There are also "food count" books -- pocket size and full size,
that give (in addition to calories & fat grams) the total nutritional
breakdown of all foods, including fast foods. They are updated pretty
frequently, so I've been pretty happy with mine.

There is a great book - available in paperback by DELL -
THE COMPLETE BOOK OF FOOD COUNTS - by Corinne T. Netzer for
$7.50. It counts everything, Protein, Carbs, fat, Chloresterol, sodium and
fiber as well on calories on packaged foods, fresh foods even fast foods.
I am sure it will help you. I know I have used it!
