There are also "food count" books -- pocket size and full size, that give (in addition to calories & fat grams) the total nutritional breakdown of all foods, including fast foods. They are updated pretty frequently, so I've been pretty happy with mine.

There is a great book - available in paperback by DELL - THE COMPLETE BOOK OF FOOD COUNTS - by Corinne T. Netzer for $7.50. It counts everything, Protein, Carbs, fat, Chloresterol, sodium and fiber as well on calories on packaged foods, fresh foods even fast foods. I am sure it will help you. I know I have used it!
