Question:
Insurance Code for Pernicious Anemia

Anyone have the Insurance Code for Pernicious Anemia. My Insurance (Sagamore) will pay for B-12 injections if I have Pernicious Anemia. My doc is billing for that. However, insurance says he is not billing for the correct one. Of course they will not tell you which one is the correct one. Any ideas? Thanks. Janet    — Janet R. (posted on September 10, 2004)
