has anyone had any type of plastic surgery approved by anthem blue cross blue shield

I had Anthem BC/BS and I was approved for my panniculectomy with no problem.

I was also approved for a panniculectomy by Anthem, but they denied the breast lift as cosmetic. Good Luck.
