I know you hate to hear this but "it all depends" on several
factors. How heavy you've been, how often you've lost and regained, how
many kids you've had, if you smoke, how old you are, etc. Personally, I
have very saggy skin under my arms and my inner thighs. My tummy isn't too
bad. Never had stretch marks there even when I had two babies. I'm 56 so I
expect to see less elasticity. I intend to have PS on my arms since they're
hard to hide but may not have anything else done. My lower legs aren't
bad, just the upper thighs so I can wear a pair of shorts over a swimsuit
and hide them too. From all I've seen, the skin does not shrink too much
in the arms, breast, tummy and upper thighs. The face usually seems to be
okay after a bit but most people have to have PS to get rid of the excess
skin.

If you already have an apron, it will get smaller in volume, but will still
hang down.. maybe even more. My arms sag, but they are the least saggy
part. You can't do anything to elimnate these problems. How you'll look
depends on genetics and other things like how large you are and how long
you've been MO, and how old you are. Exercize does build muscle to help
fill up the flab, but doesn't shrink the skin.
