What should be placed on a Medical Alert bracelet?

If you have the RNY, something like "Gastric bypass, no blind NG tube" or "Gastric bypass, no NG tube w/o scope". Some people then list their surgeon's name and phone number. And don't forget to list any med allergies or other conditions you may have ;-)

The tag on my bracelet reads: * RNY Gastric Bypass * No NG Tube w/o Scope * XXX-XXX-XXXX (My Dr.s Phone number)
