My sister uses some chocolate flavored velamints that have no sugar.

Sugar free not-fat chocolate pudding and sugar free chocolate candy, in
very small amounts.

I use Macadamia nuts. They have some of the same chemical compounds as
chocolate and they stomp the cravings every time. Loaded with protein and
fat but the fat is the good kind. Besides, it only takes about 4 or 5 of
them to fill up my tummy. Good luck.

No more periods for this old chick, but I still get chocolate cravings. I
eat an Atkins Advantage Chocolate Mocha Crunch protein bar. I know, you
probably think "Oh not another protein preach!" I truely love
them. To each his own. But do try one you might like it.

I like a sugar free Diet Swiss Miss hot chocolate (5 carbs) or a De-lites
dark chocolate candy bar made with Splenda (1.1 carbs/bar)
Enjoy, Diane N

I use a chocolate-flavored protein powder, so that helps (Proscore 100
Chocolate); also, I like chocolate fudge "tofutti" bars (30
calories apiece, including 6 grams of carbs).

I melt down unsweetened Baker's dark chocolate and add splenda - sweetened
to MY taste and not over-sweetened like so many of the sugar-free candy
available. Melt, add sweetener and let harden. It's yummy!

I found a sugar free bar called PURE DELIGHTS, you can get them at Walmart.
It is Belgium chocate without the sugar, 0 grams and has only 2 or 3 grams
of carbs, They are very good, I usually only keep 1 or 2 at a time, because
if they're there I'll eat them. The Atkins Mocha Crisp and Smore bars are
pretty good to.

I like the Real Meals Chocolate protein shake. I mix it with 8 oz. of
sugar free Tang and it tastes great! Kinda like those orange flavored
chocolate oranges that they sell at Christmas time. I also found sugar
free Creme Savers in Chocolate Caramel Creme. They are hard to find (some
Wal-marts have them) The web-site on the bag is Candystand.com they also
have sugar free strawberries and cream. Both are great. And if I have the
munchies and a chocolate craving I chew a few of them and it usually
satisfies the cravings.

Hey Shelly!! Definitely check out the Blue Bunny brand of frozen fudge
bars called Fudge Lites. They are totally awesome with only 35 calories
and just a couple of carbs. These fudge bars really cure my chocolate
craving but the only problem is Hubby has discovered he likes them also...
Needless to say, there is always a fight over the last bar in the box. Oh,
Blue Bunny products can typically be found at about all Wal-Mart stores.
Good Luck!

I crave salt and carbs when I'm on my period but when I need a chocolate
fix I've tried Hersheys Sugar Free candies, Jello sugar free pudding,Blue
Bunny fudge bars. I can only eat these once in a blue moon and in VERY
small amounts becasue they are all so sweet to me but I really enjoy fresh
fruit when I want sweets. And the fiber in fruit is a plus. Sidney Open

Go and get yourself a lovely piece of real chocolate. I like Dove Promises.
Life is too short to not have a piece of chocolate once in awhile! I have
a bag at home - still with Christmas wrappers. It's my secret stash. (Of
course, I always thought that if I could somehow make and sell a combo pack
of Doritos and chocolate, I could make a small fortune!)One or two Promises
takes care of it. Otherwise, I can't get it out of my mind, and I wind up
eating too much of the substitute stuff! Perhaps it is not the chocolate we
crave but the chemicals in it that make us feel better!

I've tried the SF chocolates and sorry, they don't cut it for this
chocoholic. A good chocolate protein bar works-try Detour bars or Balance
Gold. But when I really have to have chocolate, a few Hersheys kisses hit
the spot.

I've had the spray chocolate whip cream. I think it's less than 1grm of
suger and 1 carb and about 20 calories. It's good for a quick fix. Or I
have one of the no sugar added fudge bars. Those are only about 45
calories but have higher carbs and sugar but they are much more filling.

I haven't found any good sugar-free milk chocolate that tastes like a real
chocolate bar, but Estee makes a good dark chocolate bar that doesn't taste
dark chocolate...tastes more like milk chocolate. Also, Hershey just came
out with sugar-free candy and the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are
phenomenal! I get them at Rite Aid and Walgreens pharmacy. Check out my
