Question:
Is there a site that will explain the RNY in Spanish?
I was wondering, my significant other is cuban and his parents/grandparents speak no english and i speak no spanish. i was wondering if there are sites that are in spanish that fully explain the open RNY process that i can print out for them. I can't get them to fully understand what this surgery is about and this would greatly help! thanks!! — Christie N. (posted on April 16, 2002)

Some computer programs can translate stuff automatically. This post will
also bump this message up so more people see it.

If you go to http://babelfish.altavista.com/, put in a URL to a site you
want to translate, and select English to Spanish, it will do it for you.
It doesn't do a superb job, so you might want to find someone (your SO
maybe?) who is fluent enough in both English and Spanish to give it the
once over.

Hi... I don't know if this has anything on the RNY, but it does have stuff
on obesity in general and the DS surgery (it's Dr. Baltasar's page from
Spain): http://www.drbaltasar.com/
