Question:
Can Someone recommend a good therapist in Northern Va/DC/MD?

I am scheduled for lap RNY on 2/8. I am not afraid of the surgery but am concerned post-op that I will not cope well with head hunger, and my pre-op emotional eating. Food has always been a comfort to me, especially the sugar and fats. I know that I need to deal with the emotional issues otherwise I may find myself in trouble.
