Question:
Has anyone heard of or used the Pathweigh program in TX?

A person I ran into the other day used the Pathweight program to have surgery. I was wondering if anyone has heard of the two doctors that do the surgery: Drs. Kenneth L. Bryce and David W. Ritter.    — Cynthia F. (posted on August 4, 2001)

I know both those Dr.'s. Dr. Ritter did my gallbladder surgery and Dr. Bryce I went to for a follow-up visit and he is very well know round here. My Primary Care Physician wanted me to go to Dr. Byrce for the WLS but after calling Pathweigh I found out they do not do the procedure I wanted, which is the RNY-Lap. The people at Pathweigh were very helpful and it sounds like a great set-up for surgery and after care. I however chose another Dr., who does the RNY-Lap and now just waiting on my surgery date, which is 8/23/01. Hope that helps! You can email me privately if you have any other questions. Kathleen

My VBG was performed by Dr. Bryce. I have no problems recommending him. It has been a wonderful experience. Jimmy
