I use dietwatch.com. You sign in, go to diary, and then click on
nutrition. You can keep a log on how many calories, carbs, fats, proteins,
etc you eat in a day. It has any foods you can think of. It even has fast
foods listed. Give it a try!!!

I have found that http://www.easygourmet.com/nutrition/1index_page.htm has
a very extensive list of food and it's nutruitional value.

www.fitday.com
It is free! It has spots to enter everything you've eaten, including a
"custom food" category where you can add your supplements. Then,
it will analyze all of your data according to the day, week, month --
whatever you tell it to do. It will tell you where your calories are
coming from and where your nutritional goals are hitting or missing.
It has a similar spot for activities.
And a journal. So that 6 months from now when you are wondering why the
heck you drank 64 ounces of apple juice in one day, you can click on your
journal and find out that that was the day you sick from a post-op
complication.
It is an awesome site. I think I have told 50 people about it, plus
posting it here, since I found out about it on this website.
