Question:
I am three weeks post op and have been belching continuously for the last two days.

I am 4 weeks post op and have the same problem. My doctor told me that this is normal since our pouch is so small. Air is trying to escape. When we eat, drink or talk, air is introduced into our stomach. Belching is the only way for it to come out.

Perhaps you can talk w/ your surgeon about adding someting like beano that helps reduce the gas in your tummy. I can't imagine its very nice to be burpy.
