Question:
Are teeth suppose to be weak?

I am 5 months post-op and I have noticed that my teeth especially the ones in the back seem to be real weak and they hurt. Is this normal am I not getting enough of something? But why would my teeth seem so tender?    — [Anonymous] (posted on April 3, 2001)

Is it your teeth or gums or both? Could be anemia.. an iron deficiency. Is your calcium intake ok? It seems to me there are several things that can cause teeth or gum irriation.. usally a deficiency of one kind of another... talk w/ your Dr or a nutritionist or dentist and they may be able to help.
