Call Your Doctor! You'll get answers here, but please don't depend on
that, rather than be safe!

KC, I had theat so severe that I wound up in the emergency room but it was
within the first couple of months. But it drove me nutts. I called the doc
and he kept up with me for a few weeks and finally it past. I did find
however strang this may sound that coffee helped maybe it was the warmth
I'm not sure. You really should check with your doc to be sure. Lay off

I get the same thing...only after I overeat or eat too fast so I have
assumed it is directly related to how my stomach is having to handle what I
have put into it.

I have had the same thing. I'm about 11 months out, but the most time I
feel it is when I'm at the gym. When I lay down to do the leg presses, I
can feel it. Now I'm glad that other people have experienced it too. It
doesn't hurt, it's not affiliated with sugar or dumping or anything else.
Even my trainer didn't know what it was. Hmmmm, maybe I'll ask my doctor
at my one year. Go figure. Jennifer

The sensation you are experiencing is the flutter of a muscle spasm,
usually occuring after sustained tensing of the muscle. Remember the
surgeon cut nerves and muscles then resewed it all back together. When
things are a bit out of alignment, the rythm of the contraction and release
is thrown off and the muscle is trying to get itself realigned. The same
thing used to happen to me after I had my gall bladder out (the surgeon
used a slightly off midline incision). I would have a great stomach
crunching orgasm, then the flutter (in the beginning it felt like two
puppies wrestling, then finally over time, slacked off to being like
butterfly wings flapping) would start in my stomach. Hope this helps you to
understand what the dynamics is...
