Question:
Has anyone experienced this....?

I wake up every morning with headaches the past 5 days. I am 6 weeks post op and never had headaches EVER. Does anyone think it coudl be related to a vitamin def.? Has anyone had this? When I have symptoms of dehydration I get a headache. I take the Morton's No Salt 1/4 tsp in a small amount of juice daily. It's only ingred is pottassium. Plus make sure you are drinking at least 64 oz a day. If that doesn't help call your doc. GOOD LUCK!!

I got MAJOR headaches 3 weeks post. I chalked it up to either caffiene withdrawals, dehydration or potassium level being low. I concentrated on water, and ate baby food bananas and after 1 week, it diminissed......

Headaches can be caused by dehydration... and can also be a side-effect of anesthesia. There are other causes as well -- Ask your doctor.
