Question:
Anyone having Kidney Pains?

4 mths PO experiencing kidney pain similiar to kidney stone pain, but not as severe. Anyone with similiar experience?    — ricky (posted on September 13, 2005)

turns out it is a kidney stone!

Ya I had the same thing happen about 3 monthes out but I started to take some tynlenal (sp) and it went away, but then I got gout and I had to go to the doctor and I guess gout is also associated with kidney stones. So I backed off of the fresh seafoods and shrimp and only eat it maybe twice a month. Also I try and drink at least 100 ozes of water a day. Its hard sometimes to do but I carry around a jug of Crystal light or sf kool aid with me all the time, to keep the kidneys flushed out.

I have kidney stones too. What a pain...literally. I've had the pain for about 4 weeks and no matter how much water I drink it still continues. I went to the urologist and he said the stone is in the kidney and only 2mm. He said that I shouldn't even be able to feel it...LOL.
