Question:
I'm considering lap band surgery.

I have ulcerative colitis, so I think the lap band is the safest way for me to go. Does anyone know anything about PEBTF insurance coverage for Pennsylvania State Employees and what kind of hoops I'm going to have to jump through to have it covered?    — [Deactivated Member] (posted on July 30, 2005)

If you do find out anything please let me know. I am going for an appeal thru my state insurance of wv peia They do pay for the by-pass surgery but it is very dangerous i even emailed my governor but was never given an answer it takes less time off ,more effective less dangerous ect do you have to appeal yours ??
