Me I get my stuff at Walmart or Walgreens or GNC. I usually get the
calcium with D at any store that has it on sale and then stock up. At GNC
I get the B-12, zinc and Women's Mega vitamins. I have a gold card, which
I paid $15 for but then get 20% off the total bill during the first 7 days
of each month. It's really worked great because I love Detour and One Way
protein bars and for the past 6 months of so they have had then regularly
on sale for 40% off and then I get the additional 20% on top of that. I
can buy a box of 12 of the large bars for around $18. Most places they run
$32-36. They do mail order also. All of the sites listed so far are good
options. Just watch the shipping costs, as that can make a good deal go
sour quick.

Did Dr Sweet unretire? He's a very nice man who wants the best for his
people! Lucky girl!

I have been taking the Vista Vitamins in capsule form since 2 months PO. I
love them, and I am really, really funny about pills. The thought of taking
supplements for the rest of my life was way scarier than surgery. I am
thrilled with the Vista Vitamins. Other than 1000 mcgs. of sublingual B-12
the VV's are all I take. Good luck. Y

Hyjack....
Michelle - I don't think so! (Though secretly hoping its true!) I've been
putting off my 5 year appointment just because it won't be Dr. Sweet! I
know, silly reason, but there is just no replacing him.
Vic - I use the Vistas too....they seem to be doing the trick.

Wanted you to know that I talked to him today and said a person (not who)
was worried about seeing a doc who is "not you" and it took a few
minutes for him to grasp that another "good doc" is still
"not you". LOL. He gave me the phone number of the doc who
bought his practice, reminds you to go to his site at www.swlc.net (note
the .net) and attend support groups, as he still attends many and plans to
do so in Sep, Oct and Nov. He is still in the game, just not in clinical
practice any more. Just wanted to spend time with his family (what a
concept!), and so he has. So, when you see him, tell him hi for us!
