Does anyone know about MRMIP

I just got offered MRMIP (226.50 for Kaiser). I want to know if anyone has had surgery through MRMIP and if so how hard was it to get done? How much do they cover and what dont they? any help is appreciated.    — s M. (posted on March 7, 2005)
