Question:
IIs it normal to be able to see your pouch bulging after eating?

I'm over 3 years post-op and I can still see my pouch expand and it does get very hard after I eat.

I can't say that I have ever noticed my pouch bulging, but my pouch will get hard if I eat anything in any amount. It kinda feels like the 'fake' contractions you get when you are pregnant. Hot tea will usually calm it down immediately. ~~Rebecca

My pouch get the same way. After I eat or even drink anything, my tummy get solid and pokes through like I'm pregnant.
