Question:
Unicare-Healthcare Preferred

HI, I have a dear friend who is in need of our help, she is with Unicare-healthcare preferred and was denied last month stating because 'she does not have a desease proven to have caused her obesity.' Does this make sense? In need of any help with a appeals letter, she has less than 60 days to appeal. Looking for any advice anyone can give and sample appeals letters if possible and any documentation we can find stating deseases that cause obesity??
