I know of two GREAT groups that are in the Cincinnati area. Both have web
sites and message boards. Both are VERY ACTIVE.
Just remember to put the www. in front, and the .com at the end.

With this one you need to put a .org at the end. wlsbutterflynetwork
Good luck,

You are on the right track. I help with a support group because I know this
keeps me on the up and up with my weight and exercise. I would check out
local hospitals and doctors that perform this type of surgery. One of the
things I promise God if he got me through this surgery I would help others
who were thinking about this surgery or post op. If you would like to
email me please do so. I'm 18 months post-op and also struggle with some
old habits. I hope you find the support you need to get back on track.
Don't beat yourself up. Just pick yourself up and think about how you eat
and exercised after surgery. Start from scratch. Start with writing
everything down (what you, how much you eat, when you eat) and drink also.
The same for EXERCISING. Do this for a week and be honest with yourself.
Then sit down with someone (drop me a line) and lets see what adjustments
you need to make. Are you eating more then 1/2 cup of food per sitting?
More Carbs then protein, have we exercised at all for the day? Good Luck
to you. Reach out. There are people who will help you.
