Funny you should ask. I am 3 months post-op and always starving and wanting
to snack so I started taking it. Works for me!
My mother has lost 30 pounds in 3 months on it. I had the dang surgery and
have only lost 40 in three months so I would say that yes, it works!

And what happens when you stop taking it? Just curious as to why miracle
diet pills now suddenly *work,* when in the history of time, they have
always failed. Break out that old yo-yo, 'cause here ya go again. :-(

Yikes! Make sure you notify your surgeon about taking Trim Spa. I don't
know anything about it, but those diet products are very often harmful to
us. You need to know the effects of this product especially as a post op.
Remember, you have the surgical tool forever, barring mechanical failures.
Please be careful.

What last few pounds are you referring to?? Let your body let you know
where it needs to be instead of trying for some "goal" weight. No
two people are exactly alike and those weight guidelines are nothing short
of mentally destructive. I agree with several of the other posters, please
work on lifestyle and behavioural changes before going back on the diet
yo-yo rollercaster game again. This is not a race that is to be won in the
shortest amount of time. This is your life, your personal journey. Your
journey does not stop until you do, not before. Take care of yourself and
be kind to yourself. I wish you well. Jodie LAP RNY 05-02-03 336/166/???

This is NOT a good option for us. What this stuff does, is expand in your
stomach so you eat less. Now that might be OK for someone that has a
regular sized stomach, but not good for us. Also, if you read the warning
label, it says that if you don't swallow it properly it can expand in your
throat and choke you!! Anyway...in my opinion, if diet pills worked long
term, we would never had needed this surgery right?
