Question:
If you already have had a TT but now you need a butt lift what procedure is best.

I believe it is still technically a lower body lift but without the TT,
which should lower the cost quite a bit. If you are cut 360 degrees from
your TT, which you probably aren't, then they would use the back portion of
the incision. I'm not sure if it's wise just to do the butt as I think the
outer thighs would also need to be a part of that, even if it's just a
small amount. I'd just say you want the butt lifted and see what the PS's
recommend for the total scope of work.
<p>Mine was lifted and came out a ton smaller as part of the LBL.
However it still seems to sag some, as now I have no butt, but then again
we are waiting to see how everything looks after my legs are done and the
excess skin is removed. It appears it will end up giving me a butt, once
the legs are tight.

The lower body lift is technically a TT, outer thigh lift, and a butt lift.
Sorry, I can't remember the "real" names! You'll need to check
with your surgeon about what procedure(s) he/she would do. I ended up with
an LBL as the hanging skin went all the way around.
