Does anyone know if United Healthcare PPO will cover plastic surgery??

They will, but I was unable to get approved. They want documentation of rashes, etc. I was denied TT & Breast Lift, but they approved hernia repair, so I'm just going to self pay. Good luck to you!

I have been denied three times by United Health Care options PPO for Lower body lift, tummy tuck, breast augmentation, etc.. Good luck to you.
