Have you had your mechanics checked? Could you have a staple line
disruption or other mechanical issue?

Hi, First, you need to go and get checked out, to make sure nothing is
wrong, but I have heard of some who have gained a few lbs back here and
there, and I heard that can be normal, but I also heard that you can shrink
your pouch again by going back to strictly protein, and liduids for a few
weeks, so see if that helps ya out, if I again any in the long run, then
that is what I am goin to do. Hope this helps ya out some, good luck to
you!

I swear I thought I wrote your post in MY sleep until I saw your name at
the end of it!!!!! I have talked to quite a few people and it seems pretty
common that many of us have a huge appetite just return out of nowhere. It
is not easy to deal with. Im forcing myself back to basics as much as
possible, tons of protein, 5 or 6 meals a day. Tons of liquids. avoid
carbs. Support group, exercise during major craving times if possible. It
is very scary for me. Sometimes I feel out of control. Recently I stepped
on the scale and noticed that since chirstmas I have gained about 10
lbs...I was scared and in tears. The fears and pressures of that only made
me want to turn to the comfort of food even more. Its a hard fight, but
with the tool we have, it CAN be done....it's harder for some than others.
Im praying for you.....hugs terri

I don't know if this will help but go to www.digitalhorsewoman.com and go
to the "Pouch rules".
Good Luck

Hi Deanna: It's a drag having to worry about gaining and going back to
trying to watch what you eat huh? Some post ops don't have that trouble
but others of us do. I hope it helps to know you're not alone. I applaud
you for not letting the gain get out of control. I stupidly thought I'd
level out at some point and gained back 41 pounds before I got serious
about putting a stop to it. Do get your machanics checked. Otherwise,
welcome to the club. :-( Sherry
