Question:
Any one have it done kn KC MO by Dr. Rast?

Hi AMOS family, I had a Doc appt today and found I have an incisional hernia and was told I will need surgery, asked if we could combine with a TT, Doc said yes, called UHC ins and says I am covered 100% after 350 deductable. I have an appt on thurs for a cat scan and fri with a plastics Dr. Rast at St Joe hosp in KC MO. Anyone know of him? I am only 6 1/2 months post op, have lost 120 lb and only 9 lb from personnal goal. Other question is: I work graveyard for the fed gov and boy do those people eat and snack all night long, finding it a litte difficult not to join in, dont want to graze and want to keep it healthy, I take 2 protein shakes and corn nuts or pork rinds, I have dinner at 6 pm before going in and lunch break is at 1 am, been main 2 meals lately, maybe a yogurt in the morning before going to bed at 8 am and sleep til 3 pm.
