Question:
Has any one had Dr.Vollenger from North Carolina to do Lap Band surgery?

Hi Kem, What part of NC is he from. I had spoken to an aquaintance that worked for approvals for WLS at BCBS and she had told me of 2 doctors that were in the Wilmington area that should be avoided, but I can't remember the names. I'm not sure if you belong to any other message boards, but when I was doing my research, I came across some message boards from Yahoo that were very helpful. Go to yahoo and click "groups". Smartbandsters, bandsters, and nc bandsters might be helpful for you in your research. There are several other lap band boards, but these were most helpful for me. Try this and you may have your answer.
