information on texas plastic surgent that has his own operating room

I made a appointment with John LoMonaco in Huston but heard about Dr. P Craig Hobar today in dallas now I'm not sure just need someone to tell me if they used either. I want a breast lift with implants and a arm lift at the same time. I don't have insurance so I'll be self-pay. I wanted to do it over my spring break in March. I have used Dr German Newall for lipo twice and my daughter got breast implants with him. He has his own surgery room. We were both very pleased. He has a great background.
