Question:
A little advice maybe...
Ok, maybe more of a brag in some ways, I guess I must be doing something right. Open RNY 9-30-03, down 75 lb, feel great and lots of energy. Got the call from PCP, lab work all came back wonderful, No signs of Diabetes, cholesterol, iron and potassium levels were all great, said i am healthier than I have ever been before. Any who, I know I don't exercise like I should, I do take my vitamins religiously and have been getting in at least one if not two protein shakes a day. Trying to keep protein at 80 or above and calories are between 800 to 1200, carbs I think are still high at 40? a day? I would like to see another 25 gone by end of March, being my 40th birthday... If not oh well. I am thrilled with the weight loss so far, I thank the good Lord, my family and all you wonderful people here for as far as I've gotten now. I was curious if anyone had any suggestions or advice on things I could or should be doing, even after 3 1/2 months, guess I am still scared of screwing this up. Still in that pinch me to see if this is real state. Thanx and hugs to all! Patricia 9-30-03 314/238/180ish? — pateblkbrn (posted on January 10, 2004)

The only thing I would change is to try to do more exercise, or I should
say, some form of regular heart pumping cardio. No one likes to do it..ok,
ok, I don't like to do it, but I do anyways..protein, calories, carbs are
fine..water? Keep up the good work! I think you will have another 25 gone
before the birthday..
