Question:
Looking for 3 day liquid jump start
I am almost 2 years out and have gained some weight, was looking for the 3 day liquid diet and some good pointers. Sami — Sammie D. (posted on November 18, 2003)

When I need a jump start I stick to shakes and cottage cheese. I don't
limit either one but it is generally 2-3 shakes and 1 16 ounce tub of
cottage cheese per day and sometimes a protein bar. The combo gets me
detoxed off of any carbs and gets the loss going again. AND a ton of water
and decaf tea and coffee. I am only 10 months out but lost all of my
weight quickly and have no trouble with foods other than anything with
sugar. I have not tested that one out but once and once was all it took. I
find that the shake/cottage cheese combo does not leave me hungry or
