Question:
I have a 6 week supply of vista vitamins (expires 11/04) that I do not intend to use.

The boxes are still sealed and I will send them to the first person to email me. I found that they were too big to take when I was a new post op, and now I just take Centrum. Marie, I don't want the vistas but have a question for you. Which kind of centrum do you take and are they small enough to swallow? I have been thinking of buying some but want to make sure they are not horse pills like my calcuim. I need to get some smaller calcuim citrate also. Any suggestions? Thanks

Just a comment for those looking for easy-to-swallow calcium citrate. I, too, battled the horse pills for a short time. I then found the chewable wafers at www.bariatricadvantage.com. They have a pleasant taste and are easy to take.
