Sugar Free, Fat Free, High Protein Pumpkin Pie-less low carb pie! (What a mouthfull!!): I use the recipe on the Libby's can and just use fat-free condensed milk, splenda in place of sugar, and add in a 1/2 cup of plain protein powder with the sugar/spice mix. I just cook it in a glass pan instead of in a crust, so I won't get the carbs frmo the crust. It's YUMMY! Most of the recipes on my profiles are just moderated regular recipes... it is easy to do... just a bit of experimenting!! Hugs Sharon

Are you looking for something specific? If so, let me know and I'll see if I have it. In the meantime, check out my profile page or www.freewebs.com/recipes-after-rny for recipe book ordering information, sample recipes and photos for recipes developed for RNY patients. Most use fructose, Splenda or turbinado sugar and are out of this world. Good luck to you!
