Question:
DIET PEPSI SLURPEE
HAS ANYONE TRIED THE NEW DIET PEPSI SLURPEE? I HAD ONE AND IT WAS VERY GOOD AND HAS ZERO CALORIES. — Kelly* P. (posted on August 29, 2003)

Kelly,
Someone posted on the message board a study about people who drink even
diet drinks..gaining lots of their weight back. That scared me so much
that I'm steering clear of the slurpees. Make crystal lite at home, freeze
it in cubes and put it in the blender:)

I have discoverd sugar-free DaVinci syrups and they have saved me lots of
frustration. When I used to drink diet soda, I would add the cherry or
vanilla for extra flavor. Now I blend ice, cold water, and the sugar-free
cola flavoring for my own brand of slurpee. Not to mention, caramel,
hazelnut or gingerbread are great in decaf coffee. Yummy! Go to
synergydiet.com and check out their 30+ flavors. Good luck to you!

I have it once about every other day! It is great and I have been
consistantly losing weight while drinking it.

7-11 Diet Slurpees aren't carbonated so they won't stretch your pouch. I
had a Cystal Light one a few weeks back. I drank about a 3rd before it
melted.

I disagree with the previous poster...ALL Slurpees have carbonation, even
the sugar-free or crystal lite ones. Please be careful.

I agree with Nan. I worked at a 7-11 for a long time and there was
definitely a carbonation line that ran to the Slurpee machine. I remember
that I found this out when our carbonation ran out once and the Slurpees
tasted flat and had a weird consistency.
