I was denied by Aetna because I needed to appeal

I was denied by Aetna because I needed to appeal within 30 days. I did the 6 month diet and now they say that I waited to long to appeal. So, now what do I do? Reapply as a new claim. How many times can you appply for this surgery?    — greg17 (posted on August 28, 2003)

I do not know how many times you can apply but they are the ones forcing you to reapply so it should not be a problem. Just put it through as though you never applied before.
