Where are you in your journey... I mean are you a recent post-op or few
months? I couldn't tell from your profile. It really depends on how far
along you are post-op. My surgeon gave us a booklet when we went through
his nutritionist, it list the various stages after surgery and gives sample
menus etc. Feel free to email me. I'd be happy to share what I do. I am 1
year out and down 132 pounds (and 5 months pregnant)...

Here is a link to a list of foods and their protein levels - its is great
info. http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Plains/9847/protein.html You
could also consider adding powdered egg whites to some foods to add in some
protein.

I love the cajun seafood salad, cheese seafood spread, vegetarian
pepperoni, ground turkey w/vegetarian italian sausage, smoked salmon,
camembert cheese, pork rinds. I try to have the spreads on celery or I use
the pork rind as a kind of no carb cracker. You can find these products at
Shop Rite supermarkets. Enjoy!!
