The cake is EXCELLENT, hard to tell from regular cake. The frosting is good
but not quite perfect. I have added bit of margarine to make it less
sticky. Its available in some stores and on line too. I found it on a royal
carribean cruise.

Do add more water if needed. Some boxes are marked 1/4 of a cup. That makes
a inedible lump that does not even mix.

I tried the yellow cake and thought it was awful and a yucky consistency.
But everyone is different because I've heard both bad and good things about
it. I do have an excellent recipe for light and fluffy cream cheese
frosting and carrot cake. Visit my profile page for info. or go to
www.freewebs.com/recipes-after-rny. Good luck to you!

Sorry, I can't seem to get this response box to accept line breaks. I know
it must be possible...but I'm not getting it. I'll just post the links on
my profile in a little while. Sorry again.
