Wow, Morgan, you've been through alot! I hope everything turns out okay for
you. As for the weight gain- I think that is normal. From what I hear (I'm
1 year out, so don't know personally) many people gain about 10lbs. 2 or 3
years out, it's the body's way of adjusting I guess- hey just hit a wall
unfortunately. If you gain more than that, that could be a problem, as it
could mean steady weight gain. For now, keep a close eye on it, as you
are, but don't get too distraught. Can you decrease your caloric intake a
little? Try 1600 calories instead of 1800? Eating 5 times a day is still a
great idea! How is your protein- still eating atleast 60 grams? Don't go
down the road of purging, as you know its unhealthy, but can do damage
internally. Believe me, I know how frustrating it is, and its not trivial,
you worked hard to get to a size 4. But being 135lbs and a 6 is still not
big! Maybe therapy or counseling could help you with some food issues? And
you are exercising, so muscle mass takes up more room than fat does. Just
keep an eye, and lower your calories a bit and I think you should be ok.
Goodluck to you!
