Question:
How can I find the nutrition facts of my own recipes?
Is there a website or some way to figure out the nutrition facts for our own recipes? I make chili and would like to figure out how much protein is in a cup serving. I have some other things I'd like to make also. — Sarahlicious (posted on June 1, 2003)

There are some computer programs that you can put on your computer that
when you input your recipes you can choose and option and receive all the
info that you want.

I was trying to do this myself with no luck on fitday. I don't know about
homemade chili but a small wendy's chili has 32g protein. I get it
regularly and eat it twice that day. I can't eat the whole cup at one time
but I have heard some on here say they can. Good luck!!!

I use fitday for that! You have to do it as though you are putting in you
food for the day and then add the whole thing as a custom food. You only
have to do it once. It is not the greatest but it is very acurate.
