Question:
My surgeon recommends permalean as a protein supplement...has anyone else used this?

I looked them up online and the protien looks OK..it is whey protien and that is good. But I am no expert on protien supplements. E-mail vitalady and ask her her opinion, she knows the ins and outs of it. Also you can go on the ossg-protien support group throug yahoo and ask for opinions...they ALWAYs have opinions about protiens!!! Good Luck!
