Yes, you should try to stay in mild to moderate levels of ketosis during
the weight loss phase. The fact that you're not in ketosis and that you
haven't lost any weight for over a month is related. To get back into
ketosis, eliminate refined carbs and up your protein levels. Also, increase
your exercise. Keep yourself in ketosis for as long as you want to lose
weight. The key is to not let your ketone levels go too high, which can
cause kidney damage. Also, make sure you are getting plenty of fluids to
keep those ketone levels from building up too high. You don't want to get
dehydrated.

Some years ago, I used the Ketosis strips, when I was in Lindora using phen
phen, and they never changed color, and I did loose 25 pounds, so I
wouldn't trust them. Good Luck.

I am 7mo post op and for about the first month I was in ketosis, in the
high end. I was sick all the time. Not all people tolerate high levels of
ketosis well. I have been out of ketosis for probably 5 months and have
lost 110lbs. I feel better too. I do keep my carbs to around 30-50g per
day so I think everything in moderation and I don't put too much faith in
anything except my own ability to make things happen. This could just be
your body plateauing and adjusting to the weight you've lost thus far.
Take care of yourself.
